Sew the trim around the pillow or window treatment up to the last inch or so.
Unravel some of the cord at the end.
Lay the end unraveled cording pieces over
the starting point.
Make sure the cording pieces lay smoothly over each other. Sew down.
Flawless!
Some cording styles are easier to sew than others. Some are harder to sew through so proceed slowly! I can go through several needles on some hard cordings!
Cordings that have color pieces braided together are more of a challenge. Depending on the size of your pillow a color may end up next to the same color when you braid them together. You won't know until you sew the cording down on the pillow!
A smooth seamless braiding is more important than the color repeating!
